Daily Affirmation

Daily Affirmation

Here’s a super simple method to connect with and recharge your energy using affirmations (and what’s the difference between a mantra and an affirmation)

These are some of my daily things I repeat to myself, while filling my water bottle, stirring my coffee, during my nightly routine, etc.

But what sets mantras and affirmations apart?

Mantras are repetitive sounds or phrases utilized during meditation or spiritual sessions. They are commonly used by Buddhists and Hindus to induce a sense of tranquility. In Sanskrit, the term “mantra” translates to “liberate the mind.”

On the other hand, affirmations are optimistic statements that you direct towards yourself. They serve as declarations that highlight your qualities or affirm the person you aspire to become.

So, if you browse through the affirmations page below and find the larger text resonates with you, you can use it as a simple mantra to revisit anytime during your day or practice. An optimal mantra here is the slide “So Hum.”

If you feel drawn to both the larger and smaller texts, that leans more towards an affirmation, which of course you can still use at any point in the day or practice.

Find what feels most right to you!

I pulled page 10 from my January Digital Journal (via Patreon) to share some of my favorites with you.
