โฃWhat is home? Is it a place? A person?โฃ
To me, it is your body. โฃ
The only place you are always at. The only place you can always be. It goes everywhere with you, it takes care of you. โฃ

Yet, we often do not treat it this way. We often think of our body and health second, or third, or even as a very last fleeting thought. โฃ
We do not hydrate it.โฃ
Feed it good, nourishing food. โฃ
Give it rest. โฃ
Meditate. โฃ
Exercise. โฃ
Stretch. โฃ
Self-care. โฃ
โฃ
It seems we are more quickly to agree these days that we ๐˜ฌ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฐ๐˜ธ these things benefit us. So what is holding us back?โฃ
Are we playing victims to ourselves?โฃ
Are we limiting our beliefs and self-sabotaging our health, happiness, and success?โฃ
