Hip Openers Class {Video}
In todays society, we do a lot of sitting. At work, at meals, driving… it is a big ole part of our lives! What we do not do? Give our hips some love. They hold a lot of tension and weight from us, but we do not generally pay them the attention they need to counter it out. Let us give them some love back!
This weeks class is dedicated to our hips. Let us open them up, stretch them out and pay them some long overdue attention!
As always with these videos, feel free to pause and do them at your own pace. It is your practice, treat it as such! 😀 No need to rush through, and if you do not understand something the first time, pause it, watch it and then re-try it. Have patience and compassion with yourself.
Never go deeper than what your body says is right for you. Your body knows you better than my instruction- listen to yourself. Day to day, side to side, you may not be the same. And that is OKAY!
And, of course, always breathe. Follow your own breathe. I give indications, but please follow your own pace and breathe as well.
