Good Morning Yoga Flow

 

What makes Yoga better? A great partner to do it with.

After such good feedback from last weeks post, I decided to follow up with another yoga video this week! And I plan to do many more going forward 🙂

This weeks practice is framed around getting the body ready for the day, a “good morning yoga flow!” At under 30 minutes, you can easily squeeze this into you morning routine (if you can’t make it into a studio or just like the comfort of your own home). The beauty of it is that it can also be practiced at any point in the day; just like breakfast food is good at all times, so is yoga! I apologize for my word fumbles at some points- I think I need more coffee in my life! ;P

Please remember to follow your own breath, go at your own pace (you can pause the video at any time, take as many breaks as you wish!), and always listen to your body. Never going further into a pose than your body says is okay.
